Hi Liliane, I will be traveling to playa in October. My brother will be getting married. I'm really excited for him. I haven't been to playa in 5 years, since my honeymoon. I was in Cancun in Sept. 2008 but I really liked Playa better. Do u recommend any hotels, tours, clubs or places to eat? My brother is still debating on what hotel to use for the ceremony

My sister got married in Playa del Carmen 10 years ago but I wasn't able to visit with her then.She has wanted to return ever since but as she now has 3 children it has been difficult. I am hoping that my son and I will bre able to do lots of exploring and dining out together. How great is that you have been going to Playa since 1995? Where do you live? Angela.

I am planning on going from May 15th-20th, departing DFW (Dallas) and I will be bringing one person with me . I have friends already staying at the Tucan, and I was looking at the Quetzal. I don't know if there is a difference between the properties, but I know that they connect.
I'm looking for an all-inclusive deal for either one of those properties. Let me know if you can point me in the right direction as far as booking airfare and hotel. Should I book the hotel and airfare separate or together, and should I book now or wait later for a better rate?

Hi Liliane Thanks for getting back to us. We have a time share at the Porto Real and will be ther for most of Feb. We just thought it would great to hook up with other couples that may not frequent the lifestyle resorts. Where did you book this rate? yes you are very impatient... dont you know good things come to those who wait... Yes, this is my business, Russ is my partner and we have been buildling our sites including this Playa Social Club (the newest addition). So, yes we book rooms for many hotels in Playa. I am really surprized that you got a studio ocean view for that rate, it does not even appear on their own web site but since you lready booked it not much left for me to do (-: I honestly though doubt you are going to get an ocean view for that rate though... hmmmm.......
Well dammit, I'm such an impatient bastard....I've got a confirmation for an "Oceanview Studio" at $89.00 per night plus tax......Let me know if you think this isn't the right choice....I'll up-grade. So, is this your business, or what. Do you book rooms, etc. as a business. Curious here. jd
