Can't wait to be back in Playa (5th time) only this time I'm in for 39 days.

In the past I used to stay in small hotels like Moongate, Casa Blanca, Rosa's, Colibri ,Posada Mariposa and others.  This time I would like to rent a long term or vacation rental for the 39 days.

Does anyone know of a condo or apart/hotel that would be reasonably priced (preferably away from La Quinta).

We bought our condo and would like to start some major

renovations asap. It would incl. all new floors, new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, outdoor palapa with outdoor kitchen and bar, the closets, new wood framing of doors etc.

Can anybody recommend a contractor who can do all. Has anybody done major renovation?

El Mero Negrillo is the newest addition to the great plates in Playa.  Mariscos del Veracruz.  This will become a must do while in Playa.  The locals already love the place. 

Alongside long time favorite Il Baritto on Calle'26 y 5 Av, they share the same corner and palapa.
