Thanks Russ, This helps but I heard the Mexican gov't would be allowing card games in 2010 and casinos were being built now in Playa del Carmen which would have card games. I deal cards so if you do here anymore about this I would REALLY appreciat...

Playa Maya is a nice hotel. We've known Steve since he and his wife opened the hotel, it is a charming place on the beach in the center of town..... GREAT WEEK.
Always open to a chat about what we're doing, in many way we are just having fun. We were a venture group in the 90's. Myself and a partner kept this business after we closed the group in 2002 as a lifestyle change business.
Welcome to the social club. We built this site for folks to share experiences and meet like minded folks so I hope you find a traveler going during your visit.
When are you going and where are you staying. Lots of the people here have been down many tiems so if you are looking for input, ask away,....
