You will love the resort, I stayed there about 2 years ago. Great eco-feeling, top shelf food and bars.... whats's not to like. (-:

Thanks for writing back to me. You are not headed down there for another couple of weeks and I am sure you will be fine traveling then.
I have done the Zip Line and it was fine for me as I am not keen on heights it gave me the experience......Not sure if I could do the ones that go 1000s of feet at a time. LOL
Your staying at a great resort and they have plenty to do there as well. ENJOY!
