Hey Claudia;
Just wanted to say"hi" and let you know it's been over a year already since the Social Club was started, WOW talk about time flying by. As of today we are now up to 339 members and adding everyday. Drop a note anytime the Playa gang is always around.

You are going to have a great trip, Mamita's beach is the place to be on the north end of town, I am not familiar with Thai Village but there are many nice condo's in the area.
The north ned of Playa Del Carmen has earned itself the nick name "Little Italy" because of the large number of Italians that live and own businesses/hotels on the nort end. It is much quieter than the south area of Play from Calle 2 to Calle 24, but all of it is an easy walk and gtreat for wnadering and finding food or shopping.
Bring the camera. Our video guys love trips to Playa. There is lots to shoot and the mix of cultures can really be explored with a camera. As we firm up our travel schedules for the next couple months, I will let you know and it would be fun to catch up for a beer on the beach.
Welcome aboard and what wheel house are you sitting in (-: ??
Seems like we have a group here forming from Guatemala. Are you friends with Rodrigo or the group that we have been working with to get rooms organized?
Would love to see pictures of the boat/ship you are sitting in. Again, welcome.

Becky,
Sned me a private message with your email. The Director General at Winpot in Playa is a friend. He is from San Diego, about 35.... nice guy. Will be glad to send an intro email for you.
Thanks Russ, This helps but I heard the Mexican gov't would be allowing card games in 2010 and casinos were being built now in Playa del Carmen which would have card games. I deal cards so if you do here anymore about this I would REALLY appreciat...
