How are the prices looking for travel to Playa? I haven't booked my trip, but I am looking still at the 15th - 20th.

I've stayed at the Tucan and eaten at the Quetzal while staying there. You just walk from one to the other - they are both 5 star and you can't go wrong w/either one - they are connected by beautiful breeze-ways, and quite frankly, I couldn't hard...
Has anyone ever stayed at either of these locations? I am going for a wedding, and most of the guests are staying at the Tucan. I found a better rate at the Quetzal, which I understand connects to the Tucan.

The Iberostar is in a great location, you are able to walk into town from there and experience PLAYA! As far as where to stay or not to stay....the Quetzal and Tucan are both family friendly resorts, but the Tucan is a little more geared to the adults in my opinion.
