Hi Everyone,
We are going to Playa in June. Has the Swine Flu affected anyone's travel to Playa?
We are hoping that the scare will be over so we may still go. Can't wait to see the beautiful country!
Thanks!
Bonnie
I wouldn't worry about it Bonnie! I've been following everything I can find about the "Swine Flu" situation in Mexico ever since the story first came out, since my wife & I are leaving Salt Lake City and arriving in Playa Del Carmen this Tuesday (1 and a Wake-up!). We also had some friends who just got back from there on Thurs. and everyone was fine. I read today, that it appears, the tide is turning, so you (and us! LOL) should be just fine!!
Go have fun.
I'll try to remember to post something when we return on the 12th - or write me and remind me.
Take Care Bonnie, may you and yours be well and enjoy your time in PDC!!
Hoala Bob and Debi,
I hope you guys have a great time in Playa. Are you flying through Mexico City? That's really my major concern as we have to change flights there... Please write and let me know what you did and how things were! Have an awesome time!!!! Where are you staying?
Drinking my mint mojito now... for Cinco de Mayo (on Cinco de Tres)!
Gracias for writing!

Becky,
Sned me a private message with your email. The Director General at Winpot in Playa is a friend. He is from San Diego, about 35.... nice guy. Will be glad to send an intro email for you.
Thanks Russ, This helps but I heard the Mexican gov't would be allowing card games in 2010 and casinos were being built now in Playa del Carmen which would have card games. I deal cards so if you do here anymore about this I would REALLY appreciat...
