Hi Tracey!
This is one of our popular All inclusive resorts. Seventy eight 3 story buildings with a total of 996 rooms and lies in an extensive natural area at the edge of an exotic jungle surrounded by mangroves and natural lagoons. The beach is long and narrow. The rooms are located between the reception area and the pool and buildings that are closest to the beach are the "Sandos Club" rooms and junior suites. What room category are you staying in?

deluxe room how do i find out if it is in sandos club or not? thanks for info tracey

Hey Tracey;
The deluxe room has a garden, jungle or poolview , same as the standard room. If you were in the Select Club, it should say on the documents Sandos Select Club Deluxe Room. You would have paid more because it is a "concierge level" as well.
