Question on Halloween in Playa...

Just wondering if the kids dress up and trick or treat on October 31 in Playa. We will be there and would love to have some little treats for them if they celebrate Halloween. We've always done that when in Cozumel on Halloween but didn't know about Playa.

Thanks Russ, This helps but I heard the Mexican gov't would be allowing card games in 2010 and casinos were being built now in Playa del Carmen which would have card games. I deal cards so if you do here anymore about this I would REALLY appreciat...
